Calcium: Sometimes this can be due to a lack of calcium but it is worrisome that it is only in one leg and in the calf. Pregnancy is a hypercoagulable state and we always worry about blood clots. See your doctor today or go to the E.R. and stay off your leg as much as possible in the meantime.
