Probable virus: Nasal congestion and sore throat together is most likely viral or allergic. Allergies tend to be seasonal at same time each year with sneezing, itchy eyes and nose. A strep or mono infection is usually sore throat alone and no nasal congestion. Caused by transfer of bug from hands to mouth. WASH HANDS a lot !
