Several things: This can be several things. Post-coital bleeding or bleeding after intercourse can be a symptom of an infection of the uterus, cervix, or vagina but it can also be a symptom of cervical cancer. You don't mention your age or medical history but I would strongly advise you to get to a doctor and get this checked out.
