No: Vaginal blood tends to be darker and with clots and located in the vagina. Menstrual blood & urine can fall in the commode and make the water bloody red. . Looking at commode water does not answer your question. Usually pain-full urination is associated with bloody urine. There are many causes for blood in the urine (hematuria), You should see a doctor ASAP if you are sick or have pain/fever
