HIV survival outside: HIV weakens and dies quickly. It is unknown exactly how long it survives in any body fluid including pre ejaculation.

Are You A Good Shot?: A quote from the literature for you:"No studies have investigated the survival of HIV in semen outside the body, but studies which have sought to culture HIV from semen in the laboratory have found it difficult to do so indicating the low quantities often present in semen."As for pre-ejaculation I'd bet the chances are even smaller BUT it depends on where it lands:out of penis into another orifice?

A few hours: Ejaculate can only live for a few hours outside the body. It also depends on the viral load of the carrier. If you are worried get tested
