How do i get over my fear of water due to bullying?

Behavioral therapy: This sounds like a simple phobia to be treated by behavioral therapy. But there is a larger question about the bullying and the fear it induced and what the other long term effects might be. In other words, what problems remain after you're no longer afraid of water? Those may require a longer term therapy.

Counseling/EMDR: Counseling is a good start to explore the trigger and ways of coping. Emdr (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) is a specialized form of trauma therapy that can be used to lessen the intensity around phobias or anxiety-producing events.
