"don't try too hard": Relax, enjoy life, give it a few days between intercourse, prolonged foreplay 15-20 minutes ( secretions help mobilize sperm ) position: hips and legs elevated on 1-2 pillow- legs can rest on partner's shoulders for about 5 minutes after he ejaculates. Take your time, relax and don't worry- it will happen.
