UTI: urinary tract infections are capable of producing those symptoms, and then some. Klebsiella infections no matter where they are notoriously difficult to treat. Finding the right antibiotics or combination of antibiotics is difficult. It is best to continue to talk to your doctor or perhaps a specialist to help. I have found that sometimes cranberry juice will help. See what your doctor says.

I was treated with cipro for pyelonephritis & my symptoms improved. However, I am still having blood in my urine and bladder heaviness worse when walking/sitting up. Urine negative, ultrasound normal. Is it worth having a CT w contrast?
