Depends: Aching in the right arm is unfortunately a very vague complaint. Could be muscle, joint, or nerve related - would need more info to better diagnose. However, if the symptoms have not been there for long, and are not severe, and you have normal use of the arm, then in general it would be ok to fly. Do see a physician if symptoms become severe/persistent.
