Yes, but also others: Riboflavin deficiency can cause angular cheilitis, which is the medical term for peeling of skin at the corner (angula) of the lips. But you can get that from a variety of conditions, including niacin (vitamin B3) deficiency, as well as more common conditions such as infections by viruses/yeast, allergic conditions, irritation/dermatitis, & excessive sun or exercise.
