Which is better for treating nerve pain ? olanzapine or amitriptyline ? currently taking 5mg of olanzapine for only a few days.

Nerve pain Rx: Amitriptyline is superior for treatment of many kinds of nerve pain, and it is often prescribed to treat this condition. OIanzipine is not likely to help nerve pain, in my opinion. Gabapentin is also a popular treatment for nerve pain.

No differance: There is no such thing as "better", "best" or "worst" medication, only those that work and don't work, based on the patient's individual circumstances and genetics. Ask your doctor for your individual needs.
