Don'tThinkTheWurst: Well, sure, you could be pregnant- sac or no sac.But in addition you could have a cyst on the cervix (they're often called "Nabothian"cysts--named after that well-renowned German physician Martin Naboth(1675-1721-- good years for knockwurst). It could also be a polyp(kind of a more solid form of cyst).Neither is too worrisome but should be confirmed visually by a doctor.Tthe polyp might be removed
