Differential is huge: Could just be from your pregnancy (you stated in your history) If you're having fevers, sharp flank pain could be kidney stone. Could just be musculoskeletal. Maybe gastrointestinal. Everyone online will be guessing based on your 1 line history. Please go and see a doctor - as the list of differential diagnoses is long.
