Many options: If you are at risk and need general prevention advice, search on line (e.g. www.cdc.gov/hiv, www.ashasexualhealth.org, many others). You can also call your local health department for local services available, either for general counseling or teesting if you think you were exposed to HIV. Or ask your doctor. If you have HIV, discuss with the doc or clinic where you are being treated.
