Depends: Bur as a general rule, data from 2013 (may be a bit lower now) showed babies between 28 and 31 weeks gestational age to have a mortality os 35.7 per 1000 live births. Weight can vary depending on any other issues that the baby may have, but your OB can give you an estimate of the expected birth weight.
