What to do if one eyelid is bigger than the other?

May be the eye: Asymmetry of eyelid size is rare.Most likely,the height,or position of the eyelid has changed OR the position of the eyeball has changed.Old photographs may help note this change. I would recommend an exam to rule out a bulging eyeball.

I didn't have any eye solution and used contact solution for eye drops because my eyes were dry due to my contacts. Someone told me this is a big no no. Is this true? Should I be worried if did this as a one time emergency?
In dim light one pupil does get quite as big as the other unless it's really dark then they look the same.in daylight they are the same, responds normally to light. Had full eye exam all normal. Dr didn't see it but said 25%of people have this?cause?
