Get it looked at: Go see a doctor, because a painful rash has me concerned for shingles. I can't diagnose this in this format, but a good exam should be able to determine if this is present. It can be treated/controlled for the most part, but could be problematic if around/associated with the eye(s). So, go get it looked at by your doctor.
