Insuffic Information: People can have nervous ticks, especially with Diabetes. I am not sure about what you are describing. I can only suggest you see an ophthalmologist and make sure eyes are normal and pressure is normal. The eye doctor can make further suggestions if he believes there is evidence for pathology.
