Depends on type: An aggressive lymphoma can actually be cured in many cases but the more slow growing indolent lymphomas have high remission rates but are currently incurable. The above pertains to non-hodgkin lymphoma. Hodgkin lymphoma is almost totally curable in its early stages but less so if more advanced.
