It's a challenge: Maintaining modesty during childbirth is not completely possible. You can certainly limit the exams to some degree and restrict the number of people in the room, but by the end your overwhelming focus will simply be to get the baby out. Likewise, the professionals who will be helping you will have a similar focus. Don't let a misplaced sense of modesty distract you from an amazing experience!
