What to do about rheumatoid arthritis and urea accumulation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease. The immune system recognizes the joints as a foreign invader and they get attacked. This results in joint pain, stiffness, fatigue and a variety of other symptoms. I am unaware of urea accumulation as part of the disease.
