Unlikely: Your cycles are abnormally long at 60 days and I think someone should look into that but you are very young for this to be perimenopause at 28. The perimenopause is usually the 5 years before and the 5 years after your last period (when you run out of eggs). Menopause before age 40 is considered premature and is abnormal. Check a pregnancy test and see a doctor to help explain the long cycles.
