There are several : Personality disorders (narcissistic, borderline, obsessive compulsive, sociopathic) with different sets of symptoms. The common denominator is that people with personality disorders are comfortable with their symptoms and do not think there is anything wrong with them. Therefore it is very hard to treat them. They have little desire to change, DBT can help if they are willing to try.
