Discuss with surgeon: There are multiple, although in general can be very safe. Includes peri operative medical problems such as PE, MI, CVA, DVT, etc. and surgical complications such as infection, dislocation, need for revision in future. I would definitely recommend you discuss in detail with your surgeon.
