Here are some ...: Have you passed urinary stone before? For hematuria + testicular pain, I would look into if you have UTI or are passing a urinary stone from kidney to ureter. So, collect the info on the onset, degree, duration, interval, evolution, & progress of the pain and hematuria or other related Sx, and bring those to Doc for analysis + physical exam + tests such as UA, U-culture, CT, etc. so to deduce...

Xray needed: A stone causing bleeding and pain referred to testis comes to mind at your age of only 26.You need to have a CT scan-IVP with contrast to evaluate your symptoms.Please see doctor.You have very good healthcare readily available to all in your country.Good luck.
