Proteinuria: is the presence of protein in the urine. It can vary from few mg to several grams and can be caused by several diseases most notable diabetes. Several effective medications are available which help repair the kidney filters and prevent progression of kidney disease. You will need to see a Nephrologist who will order workup to determine the etiology and treatment plan. thank You
