Yes: If you are talking about seeing blood clots coming out of your vagina, yes, that is normal. Just like if you cut your skin and then it clots and forms a scab, the blood coming out of your uterus can clot inside of your vagina before it comes out, especially if you are lying down or sitting down for more than about an hour.
