Watch with caution: Both Dilantin & oxycodone are central nervous system & respiratory depressants, meaning they cause sleepiness, slow reactions, difficulty concentrating, grumpy/uninterested mood, and in high enough doses can weaken or stop your breathing. The doctor(s) who prescribed should know that you are on both meds, and watch closely! best to not drive, not be alone, and be able to rest 1st time you take.

No interaction: Both suppress brain function. The combo is not contraindicated, but be careful.
