Question unclear: Based on your question, I'm uncertain if your concern is for excessive mucus production, belies a productive cough, or you hypersalivate. Big difference, but either way evaluation is appropriate.

Went back now after dealing with pneumonia for over a month and X-ray shows minimally decreased . How long does this take ? Should I be on another antibiotic? Total time 6 weeks , time feeling better 4 but X-rays not improving much as hoped?
