Preterm Labor: Your symptoms could be from early contractions. Go straight to your labor & delivery unit for evaluation and to make sure you're not at risk for preterm delivery. Some places argue that 23 weeks is "pre-viable" but better safe than sorry. You need to be monitored and have your cervix checked, possibly an ultrasound to measure cervical length. Don't delay please.
