Pinworms?: Might be pinworms if you also have perianal itching. They are whitish grains of rice -like looking. Do you think you may have worms or parasites? It would be good to visit your primary care doctor to take a look. If it is a worm or parasite, try to put it in a ziploc bag and bring to the doctor. It can be identified under the microscope or sent to a lab.

Don't worry: You are probably just seeing your perineum - it is a normal finding. You should probably make an appointment with your doctor/gynecologist to be sure, but that is probably what you are seeing.
