Any are OK: Hi. Is your thyroid function now normal? If it is, you can take ANY of the over-the-counter cold aids. Bear in mind, all any of them do is help some symptoms. Diphenhydramine (aka Bendryl) is probably the most commonly used overall, and is very safe. Get well soon!
