A member asked:

I've a problem with soy.if i have soy my stomach gets nauseous.1. could i be allergic to soy?2. if soy is baked or frozen does it change the allergen?

Soy issues: while nausea can be part of symptoms of allergies, in by itself does not constitute an allergy to soy. generally baking an allergen changes the protein and may make it more tolerable, this holds true for milk and eggs. So maybe you should seen an allergist if you develop additional symptoms, more than nausea to soy.
