Plan B: is fairly effective, especially since you took it so quickly. In the future you should use a more reliable form of contraception to avoid this situation. You may also want to use something which can also protect against sexually transmitted infections (condoms), since Plan B offers no protection against STIs.

Low: Your chances are low. Firstly if you have a regular 28 to 30 days cycle you are not likely in your fertile period unless you have prolonged periods. Secondly Plan B is effective. For reassurance pregnancy test if you miss your period
