No Safe Time: There are no "safe" days for having unprotected sex. Any time semen is introduced into the vagina, there is a possibility of pregnancy.

It depends: It depends on the length of your menstraution. In general ovulation occurs approx. 14 days after the start of the menses. Also, remember that sperm can survive for up to 3 days inside the vagina. If you don't desire pregnancy, I recommend starting birth control. The presence of sperm in the vagina or sex during ovulation may result in pregnancy.
