See a doctor: When a patient says they have a 'death smell' then that's time to see a physician and have a thorough exam. Be sure to mention the irregularities in your menstrual cycle as well. Sometimes can be due to hormone imbalance, weight (too thin/heavy), or thyroid. Regardless, get yourself to a clinic for an exam right away.
