Unlikely: You can bypass the reversal and have your eggs stimulated/harvested in a fertility center. They could then be fertilized by dad's sperm and implanted in your womb. The process is more difficult & expensive than a simple reversal & not guaranteed to work. This is not covered by insurers and not a freebie.
