Menarche: In the first two years, periods can be very irregular. Months can be skipped or they can come very close together. This is all considered normal. As far as the constipation is concerned, probably unrelated, increase water intake and bulk (fiber) in your diet.

Depends: If you have been sexually active pregnancy would be a possibility. If pregnancy is not a concern take a deep breath and relax. Menstrual cycles are often irregular early on. Changes in bowels can be associate with hormone fluctuations. Anxiety can add to issues as well. Make sure you are getting fiber in your diet and drinking enough water. Staying active also helps with bowel health
