I have pregnancy symptoms e.g constipation , food tasting like garbage, bad feelings, 2 mnts late period, doc urine test says negative can it b wrong?

Probably not: Modern pregnancy tests are quite good though they are tilted a little bit to be false negative (which is your question). It might come back negative even if you are pregnant if you are very early, if you are testing a very dilute urine sample (if you drink a lot of water for instance), or if the pregnancy is not normal and the levels are not rising or even falling.
