Depends: Hi. Regular exercise is good for both genders. Regular EXCESSIVE exercise can cause amenorrhea and hypogonadism in women. The classic example is women endurance athletes. If you're still cycling (menstrual, not bicycle!) regularly, you're not hypogonadal. To your good health!
