See doc asap...: Up to this point, you should see Doc ASAP to make sure of no urinary retention, which would need timely drainage. Meanwhile, don't forget bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, evolution, progress, etc. of all symptoms over time for review + physical exam + tests as needed. But don't forget to bring info on the onset, degree, progress, etc. of Sx over time for analysis + physicals + ?tests
