Proctalgia: There are several possibilities including hemorrhoids, anal abscess, levator ani syndrome, referred pain from the low back, etc. You probably should take your butthole over to the doctor for a good close look and a feel. Trout River must be pretty small. Can't be many doctors there, eh?
