Discharge: Most likely you are jut seeing some mucous with blood consistent with breakthrough bleeding. This happens on birth control. If you feel your discharge is abnormal schedule a visit for STD testing. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.

Pregnancy Indicators: A jelly like discharge is not a pregnancy indicator. Whenever in doubt - a pregnancy test is the way to go. Take care.
