How late?: If you changed the patch on the right day it is unlikely that you are pregnant. There are many things that can make you faint including dehydration, viruses, electrolyte imbalances, and some drugs. If in doubt, do a pregnancy test and if you continue to feel faint see a doctor but have some one else drive you since fainting at the wheel is very dangerous. Be safe.
