Definitely could be: Withdrawal is a very poor method of contraception since you have to say no when your body says go and the highest concentration of sperm is in the first ejaculatory impulse ("precum"). You need to do a pregnancy test and, if it is negative, begin a reliable method of contraception and use condoms to decrease the risk of STDs. Be safe.
