See a doctor: Yeast can itch but usually no odor, and any discharge usually is scant and white. Colored discharge (yellow, tan, etc) suggests infection, such as an STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomonas), although STDs are uncommon at your age. Odor can go along with bacterial vaginosis, i.e. overgrowth of normal bactera, or trichomonas. You need professional exam and treatment advice; see a doctor. Good luck!
