What is a healthy weight for someone my age?

It depends: There are several factors that determine a healthy weight. How tall are you? How much muscle mass do you have- muscle can weigh more than fatty tissue, but you can still be quite healthy. You can use a BMI calculator to see if your basic weight is normal for your height. http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educational/lose_wt/BMI/bmicalc.htm
