Weigh?: Hi. A valgus knee alignment could cause your thighs to rub when you walk, but the statistically most likely cause would be excess soft tissue in the thigh due to being overweight. Are you overweight? We could use information on your body habitus: weight, height, BMI. Good luck!

Excess fat?: Excess fat tends to deposit in the inner thighs, which would cause them to rub together while walking.
