See below: The cream should be safe. Itraconazole as a cream is not available in the U.S. I am unable to find the associated drug to account for the prefix "adco".

Contact your OB: For a vaginal yeast infection in pregnancy a topical medication like Clotrimazole would be preferred. Was the prescribing physician your OB doctor? If not I would talk to your OB doc and run it by them and see if they are okay with you taking that medicine
