I am eight months pregnant and have a vaginal infection. the doctor has prescribed adco sporazol for me. i would like to know if it is safe .

Contact your OB: For a vaginal yeast infection in pregnancy a topical medication like Clotrimazole would be preferred. Was the prescribing physician your OB doctor? If not I would talk to your OB doc and run it by them and see if they are okay with you taking that medicine
