I have a condition where my knee caps move around i can't remember the name is there anything that can help with the pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Moving knee cap pain: Ehlers danlos syndrome is one of the conditions that leads to excess joint movement. You many not have that, and just have lose ligaments. Pain comes from the groove on the upper leg bone, femur, and the pyramidal shape of the inner patella, knee cap rubbing. Braces exist to stabilize the knee cap, or surgeries can fix the problem. See an orthopedic surgeon or PMR doctor.
